I thought this skirt was skimpy from the waist to knees & made the skirt fit in a cheap way. With more & better quality fabric, I think this would have been a fabulous skirt.

I would order my regular size or you could go a size down, in the skirt, as it does have an elastic waistband and it does not appear to be tight fitting.
